eco:time is a productivity management tool for professionals and knowledge workers.

eco:time allows users to record time as they work, against clients or projects, then upload these time records to a central accounting system or practice management system.

eco:time now comes with a conduit and Microsoft Excel application to allow you to transfer recorded time to a central application using the Hotsync capability of the Palm Operating System and generate timesheets.

Some Features of eco:time

Link to your practice management system: eco:time is designed for integration with your practice management system. Client and project lists can be downloaded to maintain data integrity throughout the time recording process.

User specified posting: Time entries are not posted to the practice management system until you specify. This means that backing up your Palm nightly will not interfere with posting your time entries.

Flexible time entry modes: Times can be added by starting and stopping a timer, or by directly entering values. Speed of entry is increased by allowing standard times, and standard time increments.

Instant Reporting: All your time entries are stored in eco:time, giving you unprecedented access to accurate time reports for all your clients. Use drill down to manage clients, jobs and tasks.

Favourites: Your most common activities are automatically entered on the activity list each day. Changing your favourites takes one double tap.

Double Tap: eco:time extends the double click paradigm of the Microsoft Windows environment to the Palm. This makes time entry simple and quick.
